Credentials
Graduate degree in related field required, masters in library science (MLS) strongly preferred. Minimum of ten years successful experience in K-12 school library environment and minimum of five years management experience in the library field with a steady advancement in responsibility.Background knowledge and competency in cataloguing and classification using the Dewey Decimal System. Background knowledge and expertise in the field of Information Literacy. Ability to plan and solve problems creatively within a collaborative environment. Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be flexible in a changing environment.
